After more than 50 years in the engineering profession, Bill Baird, PE, RPLS, is officially retiring.

Since joining Merlin Hampton and Les Brown in 1992, Bill has played an integral role in shaping Baird, Hampton & Brown into the firm we are today. His commitment to technical excellence, integrity, collaboration, and lasting relationships has left an impact on countless projects, communities, clients, and colleagues across Texas.

While Bill’s name may be on our building, his greatest legacy lives on in our people and the culture he helped create.
