Milestone C is more than a production decision. For the MQ-25A Stingray marks a major step toward a new era of carrier-based unmanned refueling and a future in which the carrier air wing can reach farther, stay ready longer and operate with greater flexibility.

But milestones like this do not happen at the moment of approval.

They are built through years of disciplined work in program support, coordination, planning, data and configuration management and digital engineering.
