Last Thursday, Black Mountain Sand had the opportunity to interview four outstanding students from Hobbs High School Career Technical Education Center located in Hobbs, New Mexico. These students are NC3 certified with the knowledge of Applied Mechanical Systems and Fundamentals of Mechanical Systems and are set to graduate on May 20th. Upon graduation, they will be heading right into the workforce as aspiring Maintenance Technicians with our team in West Texas. Thank you to the CTECH staff for their generous hospitality and for partnering with us.

BMS Spotlight: In preparation for flooding, our Dimmit facility was recently asked to donate sand to Dimmit County Fire Rescue, which is a local volunteer fire department. We'd like to thank our Dimmit facility for making this happen and helping their surrounding communities stay safe!

Our Vest Mine Community Involvement team hosted an Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 1st at the Kermit Library in Kermit, Texas for local children in the area. The kids were given easter baskets filled with eggs and treats. Also, the VMCI team offers a reading program once a week where members of the team and community read to the kids.
