In December 2012, Stuart Davis acquired the assets of Geared Drives, and will offer the well-known gear-driven prop speed reduction units (PSRU) through Auto PSRU's LLC, located on Hicks Airport northwest of Fort Worth, TX. Davis recently purchased the business assets from the family of Geared Drives founder Bud Warren, who was killed in a plane crash in May 2011. Included in Auto PSRU's long-term

plans are to continue manufacturing the BS350 PSRU for Chevy LS engines, the 200Z PSRU for the Subaru engines, and firewall forward mounting kits and components so customers can install their auto conversions into their projects.
