What if you could fly further and faster while burning 60% less fuel?

The Phantom 3500 is designed to provide twice the performance at half the cost. By utilizing our advanced laminar flow architecture, we’ve removed the carbon tax of traditional flight.

✅ Double the efficiency of standard jets.
✅ Half the operating costs.
✅ 90% fewer emissions (when using SAF).

At Otto Aerospace, we believe saving the planet shouldn't mean compromising on performance. We’re proving the future of flight is leaner, greener and more spacious than ever before.

Today is Aviation Maintenance Technician Day, and at Otto Aerospace we’re celebrating the skilled professionals who keep us flying every day.

Did you know Aviation Maintenance Technician Day honors Charles Edward Taylor, the man who built the engine for the Wright brothers’ first flight? We’re proud to carry that spirit of innovation forward.

Our aircraft relies on revolutionary laminar flow technology. Maintaining that level of aerodynamic perfection requires a level of precision and expertise that only a world-class AMT can provide.

To the men and women who keep us safe in the skies, thank you!

While most aircraft in the super-midsize category force a compromise between speed and comfort, the Phantom 3500 refuses to settle.

Standing at 6’5” (1.95m), our cabin height is a game-changer. Whether you’re preparing for a meeting at 51,000 feet or stretching out on a 3,500-mile journey, the Phantom 3500 offers a stand-up experience that rivals the world’s largest ultra-long-range jets.

Excellence shouldn't require you to duck.

At Otto Aerospace, we are engineering a revolution. Our mission is simple but bold: to make aviation sustainable, efficient and accessible.

How? Through our super-laminar flow technology. While traditional aircraft fight against the air, the Phantom 3500 glides through it with unprecedented aerodynamic efficiency. The result:

✅ Up to 90% reduction in emissions.
✅ Drastic cuts in fuel consumption.
✅ A new era of guilt-free, high-performance travel.

We’re not just changing how we fly, we’re changing the impact flight has on our planet. This is the next generation of aerospace. This is Otto.

We have successfully completed our Preliminary Design Review (PDR) for the Phantom 3500, marking a major technical milestone for our aerodynamic design and clears the path for detailed engineering and production. This achievement is a testament to the disciplined work of our team and partners as we prepare to build the future of sustainable, laminar-flow aviation.

The revolutionary efficiency of the Phantom 3500 is made possible by the partners who power our vision. We are proud to collaborate with Williams International, selecting the FJ44-4 turbofan to drive our mission forward.

Our breakthrough in transonic super-laminar flow reduces aerodynamic drag by 35%, creating a virtuous cycle of efficiency. Because the airframe moves so effortlessly through the sky, it requires significantly less thrust than a traditional jet. This allows us to utilize a smaller, lighter-weight engine—further reducing the aircraft’s overall mass and slashing fuel consumption by up to 60%.

By pairing Williams’ world-class propulsion with Otto’s aerodynamic innovation, we are delivering super-midsize performance with the operating economics and environmental footprint of a light turboprop. Together, we are defining the future of sustainable flight.

Check out our new shots of the Phantom 3500! What you’re seeing:

✈️ A teardrop design that slices through the air.
✈️ Ultra-smooth surfaces maximize aerodynamic efficiency.
✈️ Designed to burn 60% less fuel than its competitors.

Is this the most beautiful jet ever designed? We think so.

The aviation industry has set a collective goal for net-zero emissions by 2050, but at Otto, we believe the climate cannot wait. The Phantom 3500 is engineered to meet those benchmarks now.

By combining an ultra-low-drag airframe with Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), the Phantom 3500 slashes carbon emissions by up to 90% compared to conventional business jets. This breakthrough allows our aircraft to emit nearly the same CO2 per seat-mile as a standard electric vehicle (EV), but at ten times the speed. We aren't just offsetting the environmental impact of flight; we are eliminating it at the source.

We're joining the global aviation community in celebrating World Pilots Day today!

At Otto, we recognize that even the most advanced technology is only as effective as the professionals in the cockpit. While we engineer the future of flight through laminar flow and ultra-efficiency, it is the skill, precision, and dedication of our pilots that turn these innovations into safe, repeatable realities.

Hear from Steven Afalla, our VP of Manufacturing, on what personally drove him to begin his own pilot training journey.

Once you’ve finished the video, go back and watch it again - you might catch a glimpse of a young Reid Wiseman who captivated the world as Artemis II commander with NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration!

We thank our flight crews and pilots everywhere for their unwavering commitment to excellence and for safely connecting our world, one flight at a time.
