Job Title: Groundwork Construction Laborer
Location: Four Oaks, NC (Johnston County and surrounding areas)
Job Type: Full-Time (Approx. 40 hours/week)
Work Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, with occasional adjustments based on job location and needs

Responsibilities:

-Perform general labor tasks such as digging footings, working with dirt, using rakes and shovels, and other duties related to new home construction, plus some!
-Collaborate with team members and follow instructions from supervisors without issue.
-Adapt to varying work conditions and environments, including hot weather.

Requirements:

-Must be 18 years or older
-Reliable transportation to and from Four Oaks, NC
-Comfortable working in outdoor conditions and heat
-Punctuality and responsibility, if missing work
-Ability to work well with others and take direction positively
-Must be trainable and willing to learn
