This homeowner wanted to improve their space by adding a new bathroom while finishing the basement—and here’s a closer look at the bathroom transformation 👇

From design to final finishes, Millhawlk Design & Construction handled the following trades:

For durability and moisture protection, we prepped the tub area with Durock and sealed the structure using RedGard. The rest of the bathroom features mold-resistant drywall with seamless plastering.

Finishes include classic Datile subway tile, bold black hexagon tile, and Delta tub & fixtures—timeless, functional, and built to last.
