Expert Roofing - Timothy Lake

Here is a local project I really admire. The homeowner had no hope. They had been denied several times using a few local storm chasers and after desperate repair attempts that were leaking he was referred to me to take a look.

Not only did we get his entire exterior a makeover but we educated him in the coverage he currently has on his property and how to and when to properly use it!!

Certainteed Monogram siding and Certainteed Landmark shingles. Matching fascia and gutters.

A simple look from someone who actually knows and cares to go through the entire process can lead to a whole new exterior!!

Thanks for the work!!

I’m getting telemarketing calls for my roof in Joliet. Please stay away from that if you know me!! You will get knocks at your door as well. If you do NOT go with me make sure you go with a company you can trust. Local doesn’t mean that is this case. Go with a company who cares about the quality of your build.

I am setting up as many inspections as I can from Joliet to Orland and surrounding areas as we speak. I will be busy but I will get to you ASAP to help navigate this process.

Please DM me or call/text 708-447-2802 to reach me.

I am a licensed insurance adjuster as well as a general contractor. I can speak policy and code to make sure you get the results you need!!

PLEASE SHARE THIS A FRIEND OR NEIGHBOR MIGHT NEED HELP!!

Be safe!!

Any pics or videos DM me and if you can safely put some hail in the freezer. Take pics!!

Do NOT file a claim until I see the property and check for damage. This is imoortant!!

Do not go with anyone you don’t know to do the job right. Your door will get knocked. If you know me you have no reason to answer.

If you had hail today DO NOT file a claim. Have me inspect your property first. I’m a licensed public adjuster and can file the claim for you if need be.

708-446-2802 call/text anytime.

My job is to get you back to pre storm condition. By being licensed I can legally talk policy and coverage with insurance which is something your “claim specialist” contractor can’t legally do.

Don’t let a storm chaser on your property. Call a trusted EXPERT with a proven track record and excellent customer service to handle your immediate needs.

Finally, be safe. Don’t hesitate to call for a hand.

I’ll also be paying a referral fee to anyone you send me too that leads to a working job. Once again thank you for the support. From my family to yours.
