"Joe is so great to work with. We called since our air conditioning went out (of course in 90+ degree weather). Within a couple hours we had someone out to take a look. "Responded promptly to our questions and helped us pick out proper hot water tank We bought the tank ourselves and he picked up the tank at Home Depot and hauled away old tank We had additional unplanned plumbing issue not related to the water tank and they fixed that effectively with a reasonable cost.
