Precision Control Systems, Inc. is looking for an HVAC & Building Automation Account Executive to join our team in Griffith, IN.
In this role, you'll manage existing client relationships while driving business growth through new account development, service sales, repairs, and project opportunities. If you're a relationship-focused sales professional with HVAC, mechanical, or building automation experience and enjoy helping customers solve challenges, we want to hear from you!
Key responsibilities include:
📋 Manage and grow existing service accounts and client relationships
📋 Develop new business through warm calls, networking, and relationship building
📋 Meet regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities
📋 Address customer concerns and proactively resolve issues
📋 Estimate, sell, set up, and manage service agreements
📋 Estimate, sell, and oversee repairs and project work
📋 Review service tickets and follow up as needed
📋 Coordinate work ex*****on with Service Managers and Service Coordinators
📋 Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
📋 Review account performance and project activity regularly
📋 Support profitability goals and account growth initiatives
📋 Cross-sell building automation, HVAC, and other company services across multiple market sectors
✅ What we're looking for:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or relevant industry experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales, accounts, and projects
• Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities
• Professional demeanor and ability to perform under pressure
• Experience in HVAC, mechanical systems, building automation, or related industries preferred
