Feel-good story for the Holidays Season!

Naoto Inque of Arundel, Maine USA needed some heat shrink equipment just before Christmas and called Ripack USA. Sales Manager, Andru Ryniec was able to direct Naoto to authorized Ripack distributors to help him out. Naoto was able to get his equipment the next week in time to finish his project. Naoto was very please with his new equipment and sent us some pictures and videos of his work. Nice Job and Season's Greetings to Naoto from Ripack USA!

During these unprecedented times, Ripack has joined up with a group of fellow manufacturers to produce PPE face shields for healthcare workers. This group first started with 3 people and is now more than 120 makers.

More than 2500 protective visors have been produced so far and more than 4000 are still in production. Ripack supports the group with our manufactured supply and also has donated funds to support the other makers (buying supplies).

Ripack joined this “program” when employees were sent home due to government mandates. Everyone in the Ripack family was searching for a way to support the healthcare workers, first responders and hospitals. Ripack initially gave our stock of protective masks from inventory and quickly found our R&D department looking to develop something with the 3D printers. R&D tried to manufacture a ventilator but it was really too difficult to create and to be sure it will be safe. Ripack then found this face shield group and tried to develop the visor technology even further thanks to our skills and network.

During this difficult period it’s always impressive to see the solidarity of the Ripack team and all the people working together!

Covid-19 Response
We want to take this opportunity to pass along Ripack/US current situation during this Corona Virus crisis and let you know what our plans are. Ripack, Inc. USA is open and shipping orders. Our warehouse partner is working in shifts to help Isolate and protect their personnel for at least the next few weeks. This should not impact shipping of items currently in stock.
As for Ripack/Sefmat France, the factory is currently on shut-down for the next 2 weeks. They will not be able to ship out any resupply to the US till late April at the earliest. Any back orders will have to wait till then. All contacts will still be available via emails and prompt responses will be given.
Our goal in all of this is to protect the spread of the Virus and keep everyone safe. We will continue to monitor the situation and abide by the recommendations of the government and health care professionals. Thank you for your support during these trying times and we will continue to update you as this situation evolves.
