Finished a super custom kitchen for a customer and Oil City a lot of the items that were installed in the home were from overseas, Italy Spain France a lot of very intricate items for installed in this kitchen that the customer ordered online. The customer purchased the cabinets from a cabinet shop and everything was installed by RSM construction. The granite countertops were installed by the manufacturer all of the construction work was done by my crew sheets contracting and his helpers. They handled the job for me from the start and did a very nice job. The customer is very happy and spends most of her time now in her kitchen she just loves it!

We've been on a huge project in Oil City. Complete remodel on a huge victorian home for a wonderful woman. Complete all new wiring, plumbing, partitioned walls, all new insulation, drywall, moulding, paint, Brand new kitchen complete all cabinets and all new flooring. Upstairs bathroom complete gut and all new everything!! Tons going on lots a pics to come the guys are logging lots a hours and I've had to get more people on the team to be able to complete the project in a timely fashion to be able to move onto the next one!!

We are also in the process of excavating for a block foundation. Pouring a footer and laying block for a 14' x 36' addition to a home. 14' x 28' will be the addition and 14' x 8' will be a front porch that's all cement with a nice cement poured set of steps and walkway. This will all be stamped!!

I will be building a 2 story addition off of this foundation in the spring . More pics to do
