We hope everyone is staying warm this winter and not having many troubles! We would like to say thank you to Harvey Trucking for braving this weather and going and getting our materials for our jobs. We have been staying hard at work this winter building a couple of bins for a great customer. We have built one 30ft x 10 rings tall stiffened bin to go along with two 42ft x 10 rings tall regular bins. We are currently working on the last 42ft tank and hoping to be done with this big project very soon!

After a long winter, we were finally able to get some warmer weather to get back to working on some big projects! We built this 36ftx10in auger in an afternoon! We are very happy to get one project done and can’t wait to get the ball rolling on others! We’ve got a big summer ahead of us!

We recently had to diagnose this Quantum dryer because the customer said there was no communication from the HMI screen to the actual dryer. After looking over the communication wire and the circuit boards on both sides, we decided we weren’t getting good contact on the HMI circuit board. We were able to acquire a new board and put that in for these guys and it all seemed to work! We are really excited about working on newer grain drying systems that use HMI controls! Today we had to change out the bearings in this 3 phase, 15 horsepower motor for the hydraulic pump for an irrigator in the middle of a cornfield. It was pretty heavy getting it in and out of the field, but we were sure glad that we were able to bring it into our shop where it was a bit cooler to work on!
