Grunt Fabworks is now offering water misting stand alone system and a integrated misting system to the overhead fans i build and sell
The overhead fans will include the upgraded duel 12 in 90 watt 2400 cfm fans with independent variable speed controllers, and two super bright led interior lights.with the extruded aluminum rails so if you get a custom cage, it's easy to mount with different size bars and tube locations on the new cage
The misting system is a stand alone pump with its own battery source for over 8 plus hours of run time. technically there supposed to run close to twenty five plus hours with intermittent use.
The fan's include 8 misting ports 4 on each side and will include 2. 10l extremely tuff water bags with quick disconnects on everything, to quickly remove it, and a 3d printed pump holder

The standard overhead fans without the misting option are $450

The overhead fans WITH the misting system with pump and bags. $650

I am also offering a stand alone misting system that includes 4 misting heads with 3d printed holder, that fits 1.75 and 2 in tubing with all the hardware and a 8 plus hr stand alone pump with battery and 2. 10 L Water bags this system is extremely easy to install typically 20 minutes or less depending on what style roof you have it easy mounts under the roof

These systems can be ran to other sources of water containers that you may have its very easy to modify the intake line to go into whatever you currently have. If your looking to get extreme cooling you can put the bags into your cooler or add ice to the bags or partially freeze water in them.It must be half full for that

The stand alone misting system with 4 heads pump and brackets and 2 bags are $150

The stand alone misting system with 8 heads and pump and brackets with 2 bags are $200
These are primarily for 4 seaters

Everything is built to order and deposits are required for the fan assemblys

Universal overhead fans

These fans produce over 2400 cfm and are designed to be Universal, to most sxs with the only extruded aluminum frame setup on the market

this allows for multiple mounting points and no need to purchase another overhead fan, if you change to a custom cage , or to a different brand of sxs

The extruded aluminum rails are extremely light yet strong, as long as your vehicle has a set of tubing running from the front to the back, and are no wider then 36 in, theses fans will mount up they are designed to fit under the tubing to allow for air gap but can be mounted flush with the roof but will decrease the air flow some

The overhead fan includes. 2 12in 90 watt fully reversible fans that produce over 1200 cfm each.
Not the crappie 80 watt that only produces 700 to 800 cfm max

Each fan has its own controls with a variable speed controller for each and reversing switch
And a master shut off switch for both fans

Each twin overhead fan setup has 2 6in super bright white led light

These fans are extremely quiet and don't use a massive amount of power to run, each fan setup comes with a quick connect 12 foot long power cable with fuse. 4 mounting clamps with rubber protection

you must let me know if you need 1.75 or 2 in clamps

Everything is wired ready to mount up, these are extremely easy to install and wire up

2 Connections on the battery and 4 clamps on the extruded aluminum frame and connect the quick connect wire and your done

The dimensions are 33.5 x 13.5 x 3.5 and are around 12 pounds for the entire setup and use around 15 amps on full blast
