The focus of HHV Construction is to work together to make these dreams and visions a reality. Timber Frames, Post and Beam Metal Structures, Barns, Cabins and Specialty Renovations are all in the wheelhouse. Decker and Cooper grew up in Franklin TN and both are

This journey is what led them back to a place they loved growing up and still love to this day.

Over in East TN spending some time onsite with our friends at getting up to speed on the many different applications of CLT These pictures are of an office expansion utilizing CLT panels set on a concrete slab. The flexibility of these panels and the wide range of applications where this solution could be applied is awesome. We are so fired up to get working with this product and can't wait to bring a project to life in the Nashville market using CLT!

Getting geotechnical on one of our sites so we can avoid the pesky colluvial soils that plague us here in middle TN. Colluvium can make or break a project and poses structural challenges at times that just arent worth the risk. When in doubt, get the engineers involved! And don't forget your rain gear, we got hammered yesterday about 5 minutes after I took this pic😂

Drywall and finish carpenters onsite at our Buzzards Roost project this week. To reduce the use of a finishing screw (unsightly) typically associated with fastening trim to ICF walls, we installed a nailer board along any ICF wall where we plan to install trim. This allows our finishers the ability to run out trim using smaller profile finish nails which leaves us with a much cleaner finished look.

Rock wool insulation inside our Buzzards Roost project. We have a lot of open volume in this lodge and the addition of rock wool insulation absorbs those "bouncing" sounds, providing a great reduction in the hollow nature of voluminous space. @ Lyles, Tennessee
