This picture says it all. The support we have gotten from Ray and his family is tremendous.
I worked for a $50million a yr company for almost 20 yrs and never felt appreciated.
This moment tells me I’m doing something right. I want all of our employees to feel like they are appreciated. I want them to know we would never be where we are right now without their hard work and dedication. A lot of owners are afraid to be friends with their employees but we are not. I hope they know we are a family that wants everyone to benefit from the success that hard work can bring us.
