June is National Safety Month and safety is something we commit to every month.

One number that says a lot about a builder before you ever break ground is their EMR. It is the insurance industry’s way of measuring a company’s actual safety record against the industry average. The industry average is 1.0, and a lower score means a stronger safety record.

Our EMR is 0.92.

That number reflects our jobsite culture built on real protocols, rigorous training, and a team that holds itself to a higher standard every single day.
