As we wrap up another year, it’s hard not to look back and reflect on our progress, and how much the systems we’ve put in place have shaped that growth.
About 4 years ago, we made the decision to implement CompanyCam into our daily operations — not as a convenience, but as a core part of how we document projects and run our operation.⭐️
Looking back now, that decision has had a massive impact on where we are today.
Over time, it’s helped us reduce callbacks, improve visibility across crews, strengthen internal accountability, improve trust & clarity with our customers, and provide clients with clear, step-by-step photo documentation whenever it’s requested.
On top of that, eliminating the need to download photos from phones or SD cards has dramatically reduced office time, enabling us to scale efficiently while not just preserving quality, but elevating it as well. ✅
When we reviewed this year’s stats from CompanyCam, the numbers really put things into perspective: Nearly 4,500 projects completed and 430,000 photos captured in a single year. 📈
That level of documentation, communication, and consistency doesn’t happen by accident — it’s the result of intentional processes and the right tools supporting them.
