Big things starting to roll into the shop today.

We received material today for our next project — custom stairs and handrails for a local construction project. This job will move through every stage from fabrication to final installation.

✔️ Fabrication & welding

✔️ Final on-site installation

From raw steel delivery to finished install, we’re proud to help support projects right here in our local community.

Also want to give a shoutout to Huntington Steel for supplying the material for this project. We appreciate having strong local partners and the great working relationship we’ve built over the years. 🤝

Looking forward to getting this one into production and sharing progress along the way.

Our newest customer dropped off 480 stainless laser-cut parts that needed countersunk. To keep things efficient and consistent, we built a custom aluminum fixture plate to hold multiple parts at once and ensure repeatable accuracy across the entire run.

This setup allows us to:
• Increase throughput
• Maintain tight tolerances
• Keep every part consistent from the first to the last

From one-off repairs to production runs, we’re always looking for ways to improve efficiency and deliver quality results.

A customer dropped this roll-off container off yesterday with a bent door and failed latch system— they needed it turned around fast to get back on the job.

We got after it this morning:
• Straightened and rebuilt the latch points
• Straightened the door so that the latch points align
• Designed and fabricated new components
• Fit, welded, and tested for proper operation

Back in service and ready for pickup.

This is the kind of work we take pride in—keeping our customers moving when downtime isn’t an option.

Another project in the books for Electric Arc Solutions ⚡️

We recently fabricated these custom handrails, got them back from powder coating earlier this week, and delivered them to the Cam Henderson Center at Marshall University. Always a great feeling seeing a project come full circle from the shop to installation.

Big thanks to Keaton Construction for the continued opportunities and trust in our work—we appreciate the partnership.

The last few weeks have been busy behind the scenes at Electric Arc Solutions.

Evenings and weekends have been spent improving our space — from upgrading the parking lot with fresh gravel and expanded access, to putting time into our office renovation.

We’ve also added a “new to us” telehandler to the lineup to help with material handling and keep things moving efficiently in the shop.

We’re continuing to invest in the shop and in the future of EAS so we can better serve our customers.

And we finally got some new shirts in with the logo — proud to wear the name we’re building.

We appreciate everyone who continues to support us along the way.
