NOW HIRING: Metal Building Erectors
Total Construction Services, Inc. is a leading provider of metal building construction services. We specialize in metal structures and are currently seeking Metal Building Erectors with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry.

Ideal candidates will have experience with:
* Metal roof installation
* Metal building er****on
* Operating large machinery (e.g., scissor lifts, lulls, etc.)

Experience in these areas is a plus!

Job Responsibilities:
* Assemble prefabricated metal buildings
* Install steel girders, crossbeams, scaffolds, and pipe sections for the framework of large and multi-story buildings
* Raise, place, and unite iron or steel girders, columns, and other structural members to form completed frameworks
* Accurately read a tape measure
* Operate screw guns and impact drills
* Work from aerial lifts

What We’re Looking For:
* Comfortable working at heights
* Reliable transportation to and from job sites
* Ability to work long hours (sometimes including weekends)
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job
* Ability to endure seasonal weather conditions (hot/cold)
* Willingness to travel to job sites, sometimes requiring 30+ minutes of travel time

Additional Information:
* Full-time position (Monday - Friday)
* Overtime may be required on weekends
* Pay based on experience
* One-week paid vacation after one year of employment

We are currently seeking Metal Building Erectors with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry. Experience with metal roofs, metal building erecting, and operating large machinery (i.e. scissor lifts, lulls, etc.) is a must.

Job Responsibilities Include:
- assemble prefabricated metal buildings
- help install steel girders, crossbeams, scaffolds, and pipe sections which form the frameworks of large and sometimes multi-story buildings
- raise, place, and unite iron or steel girders, columns, and other structural members to form completed structures or structural frameworks
- repair/replace metal panels
- repair/replace existing roofs
- install/patch metal building insulation
- help join red iron with anchor bolts
- read a tape measure
- run screw gun/impact drill
- work out of aerial lifts

Be Prepared:
- be willing to buy your own small hand tools (i.e. tape measure, tool belt, hammer, etc.)
- a good candidate is NOT afraid of heights
- a good candidate will have transportation to and from jobsite
- long hours are needed at times
- must be willing to work Full Time, Mon - Fri
- some weekends will require working overtime
- hot/cold seasonal weather makes for uncomfortable working conditions
- driving 30+ minutes to job site is regular
- good candidate will BE WILLING TO LISTEN AND LEARN!
