Happy happy Thanksgiving!
We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday week and weekend!
We installed a mini-split yesterday to replace a completely different type of system that had been left not working for many years. Now they are set!

We are no longer going to be available through Home Advisor which is now owned by Angi's list... The fees were affecting our ability to give the best price possible to our customers.
Our reviews will be lost, so i have screened shot them before they were turned off so they are here to read. ❤️

It could also be passed on to the consumer other ways as well, as the EPA rule also targets those who service air conditioners, requiring them to carry the product in “heavy refillable cylinders,” per the report."

And they've already done this too am extent as of January 1st.....
"Further, the EPA is pushing a regulation that would essentially phase out more affordable models of air conditioners, essentially deeming them unfriendly to the environment."

President Joe Biden's administration is making the cost of air conditioning more expensive via new Environmental Protection Agency rules.

Corrosion is a huge concern for the surprisingly delicate condenser coils sitting in your outside hvac system. One source of increased corrosion can often surprise people.... dog p*e!!!
This system, in the red boxed area as well as the blue wavy lines, disintegrated off the copper internal tubes (see the pile of metal "dust" in picture 2)... all from years and years of being marked by large dogs! The third picture is what the coil should look like.
Definitely work to keep them from marking your systems!!
