Machine Shop Assistant for hire
Heads-R-Us, a well-established Machine Shop, is seeking a responsible and dedicated individual to join our team as a Machine Shop Assistant. In addition to a competitive wage rate, we are offering a sign-on bonus to attract the best talent to our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in various tasks within the machine shop, including machine operation, material handling, and equipment maintenance.
- Follow instructions from senior staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the machine shop.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years or older.
- Strong sense of responsibility and a reliable work ethic.
- Willingness to work at a minimum wage rate. With room for advancement. 
- Basic knowledge of machine shop tools and equipment is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy machinery and materials.
