Last week was full of connection, community, and hands-on learning.

We kicked things off at the Lansdowne UP Career Fair, where our team had the chance to meet and talk with young adults interested in building a future in the trades. It’s always great to share what we do and help open doors to new opportunities.

On Friday, the Steamer’s Crew Soccer Club and OLIS LLC treated our crew to lunch at the First Community Sports Complex in Columbia, IL. We greatly appreciate their support and the delicious food!

We wrapped up the week by hosting a group of Scouts in our shop. From painting to basic home repairs, they rolled up their sleeves, put in the work to earn their merit badges, and learned about new tools and techniques along the way.

Proud of our team and grateful for the opportunities to give back and invest in the next generation.

Last week, we proudly celebrated the groundbreaking of Phase 2 at the First Community Sports Complex!

Investors, community representatives, families, and the team members behind this vision came together to mark an exciting milestone in both our local community and the future of sports in Columbia. This next phase represents continued growth, opportunity, and a lasting impact for generations to come.

We are excited to get to work and look forward to celebrating again at the ribbon cutting!

Here’s a quick glimpse into the coordinated effort M&R performed today to safely remove the damaged roof sections at Trinity Lutheran Church in Red Bud following the severe weather this past weekend. Our team, along with dedicated volunteers, played a key role in planning and executing the safe lifting and maneuvering of debris to prevent further damage.
