We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shop Foreman to oversee daily operations in our mechanic shop. Candidate must have experience & knowledge as a Diesel Mechanic as well as working with heavy equipment & trucks. The Shop Foreman will be responsible for managing a team of 10-15 employees, ensuring high-quality work, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and management. Must be organized & skilled at scheduling & planning.

Applicants must be qualified to work on heavy duty trucks, trailers and equipment - someone who is knowledgeable about heavy duty engines, transmissions, differentials, suspension components, etc. and will require very little guidance. This mechanic will be working in our mechanic shop and will also travel to various plant locations where VME jobs are being conducted.
Potential employee must be able to pass a physical, drug screens, and obtain relevant plant badges. Plants require employees to have backgrounds with no felonies less than 5-7 years old depending on offense.
Mechanic must have their own basic tools and will be required to provide their own transportation to and from work on time.
