Hiring Construction Superintendents.

A construction superintendent is responsible for the safety and daily operations of a construction site from planning projects to overseeing their completion. Duties vary depending on the type including scheduling work to proceed according to a strict timeline, checks to ensure that work corresponds with plans and specifications and monitoring safety and compliance. Position requires knowledge in various aspects of construction and the ability to self-perform some portions of the workload. Work includes some travel with stipend. Every weekend at home regardless of travel.
