Our team stopped by today to help a customer who required a complete overhaul of their existing furnace and air conditioning system. They enlisted our expertise for a full replacement and an upgrade to an eco-friendlier feature, an ecobee smart thermostat. We provided efficient and timely services using top-notch products which included a Payne 80% efficient gas furnace with a new ECM motor and a Nordyne high efficiency inverter driven slim line AC condenser. The cherry on top was the EcoBee Lite Pro smart Wi-Fi thermostat which offers user-friendly controls, optimized comfort and better energy savings. Our team was contacted to address an outdated furnace in a home, demanding urgent replacement. We successfully removed the original furnace that had been installed during the home's construction and replaced it with a brand new, efficient Carrier comfort series 80% furnace. In ensuring ultimate safety and adherence to regulations, we also performed an upgrade to the gas line, bringing it up to the current code. We initially received a call from the homeowner in need of an upgrade from an old gas furnace to a modern, energy-efficient alternative. After assessing their specific needs, our course of action entailed the removal of the existing gas furnace and replacing it with a high-efficiency Carrier heat pump. We used the Carrier 19 SEER, variable speed inverter 37MUHA outdoor heat pump condenser, coupled with a 45MUHA variable speed indoor heat pump fan coil. To further boost the home's energy efficiency, we also installed an EcoBee smart Wi-Fi thermostat. Today, we were contacted by a customer needing a solution for their outdated Trane condenser. With our expertise, we removed and replaced the old condenser with a top-of-the-line Carrier Infinity AC condenser, perfectly matching their existing Carrier Infinity furnace. For enhanced comfort and control, we also upgraded their thermostat with a user-friendly Infinity user interface. However, we didn't stop there. To meet their needs, we removed and replaced their old furnace, and installed a new high-efficiency air-conditioning system. By choosing the Carrier performance series 2 stage furnace and the Carrier performance variable speed heat pump condenser, we ensured optimal comfort and energy savings for the customer. We were contacted by the customer to diagnose a problematic compressor. Recognizing its failure, the customer decided to upgrade their system. We installed a high efficiency, inverter-driven, variable speed, outdoor condenser by AireTemp and an ADP coil enhanced with Microban antimicrobial technology. We were reached out to by a customer who was interested in exploring heating options beyond their existing gas system. In response, we installed a high-efficiency, inverter-driven Carrier heat pump to their existing Carrier furnace. This offers a more efficient heating alternative and facilitates hybrid operation. To further enhance this setup, we replaced the existing thermostat with a Pro1 hybrid thermostat which allows for better control and management. Additionally, we also included an ADP Coil with MicronBan treatment, bi-flow thermostatic expansion valve, and A2L refrigerant for optimal function. Additions of a mitigation board and sensor ensure safe and effective systems operation. .

Recognizing their need for an efficient and reliable system, we applied our expertise in providing a top-notch Carrier Infinity heat pump. This high-efficiency system, complete with condenser, fan coil, along with Infinity controls and dampers, now accurately controls the temperature in all six separate zones of their property.
