They needed their old ductwork removed and replaced, an addition of an air conditioning system to their existing HVAC, and a thermostat upgrade. To meet their needs, we utilized top-grade R8 insulated ducting for reliable airflow. A Gree Flexx high-efficiency inverter-driven heat pump condenser was installed to ensure optimized cooling, paired with an ADP evaporator coil enhanced with Microban technology for superior air quality. Recognizing their need for an efficient and reliable system, we applied our expertise in providing a top-notch Carrier Infinity heat pump. Today, we were contacted by a customer seeking an upgrade to their home's heating system. The task at hand was removing their existing furnace and installing a high capacity fan coil in the attic. We also fitted their exterior with a new electrical circuit for the condensing unit. To provide comprehensive heating solutions, we employed the superior Carrier MUHA and MUUA cold weather heat pump system. Ensuring clean air and comfortable temperatures, we set up a Synergy by Ultravation air purifier and an EcoBee Smart wifi thermostat. Our experts were contacted to replace an aging furnace and AC system that was no longer keeping up with the homeowners’ comfort needs. We upgraded the home with a brand new hybrid heat pump system featuring a Carrier Comfort Series furnace paired with a Carrier Performance Series inverter driven MURA heat pump condenser for improved efficiency and year round comfort.

As part of the project, we also upgraded the existing two zone control system, including a new Honeywell zone module, new dampers, and two brand new ecobee smart thermostats for better airflow control and temperature management throughout the home.

We were recently contacted for a new construction project requiring efficient, reliable heating and cooling throughout the entire property. To meet the homeowner’s comfort goals, we designed and installed three complete heat pump systems along with all new ductwork.

The project included two Gree Flexx inverter-driven heat pump systems and one Gree ducted mini-split system, all selected for their energy efficiency, quiet operation, and proven reliability. We also installed full R8 insulated flex ducting throughout the home to help improve airflow performance, thermal efficiency, and overall comfort.

To complete the system, Pro1 heat pump thermostats were installed in each zone, providing simple, intuitive controls and energy-saving functionality. The result is a fully integrated, high-efficiency HVAC system designed to provide dependable year-round comfort throughout the home.

We helped a homeowner in the Fremont area get their air conditioning system back up and running after it stopped working on a warm day.

After a thorough diagnostic, we found the issue was caused by a failed contact at the disconnect, along with a capacitor that was out of microfarad specifications.

We replaced the faulty components, including installing a new 50/5 dual run capacitor, new fuses, and upgrading the disconnect to a 60-amp fusible unit for improved reliability and safety.

With the repairs completed, the system is now running efficiently and providing consistent cooling again.

We were recently contacted to improve the comfort and energy efficiency of a home and garage gym in the Fremont area.

For the main house, we installed a high-efficiency inverter-driven heat pump system to provide reliable heating and cooling year-round. This upgrade allows for improved comfort and energy efficiency compared to traditional systems.

In the garage gym, we installed a 1-ton variable-speed, high-efficiency ductless mini-split system, creating a comfortable environment for workouts in all seasons.

As part of the project, we also replaced the existing water heater with a new 50-gallon gas water heater, improving reliability and overall performance.

With their comfort and efficiency in mind, we removed and replaced their existing furnace and air conditioner with a top-of-the-line Carrier Infiniti system. The new furnace boasts an impressively high efficiency rating of 97%, and the air conditioner features a 24 SEER rating, bringing a notable upgrade to their home's comfort and energy efficiency.
