Great results happen when experienced partners come together.

Elevated Construction Services recently teamed up with Spearhead Fabricating on “The Tree House Project”, a unique timber structure commissioned by a confidential client. Featuring sculptural timber columns built around concealed steel cores, the project brings together creativity, craftsmanship and technical precision.

Using an exact 3D model, Spearhead transforms high-quality glulam billets into individual components with CNC technology. Multi-axis tooling methodically removes material from each piece, much like a sculptor chiseling a block of marble, to reveal the precise geometry needed for the final structure.

This is the first in our three-part series taking a closer look at how this unique project came together.

As mass timber erectors, we know great buildings can have an impact far beyond their walls. We're proud to have contributed to the 31,000-square-foot UCSF Administrative Support Building, helping bring the first mass timber structure in the UCSF system to life.

Featuring an efficient steel core and exposed timber structure, the facility provides warm, flexible, and light-filled workspaces while supporting UCSF's goals for sustainability and wellness. Targeting LEED Gold certification, the building also helps strengthen the connection between Benioff Children's Hospitals and the surrounding Oakland community.

A big thank you to XL Construction for partnering with us on this landmark project. We're proud to have played a role in delivering a space that showcases the potential of mass timber construction.

Behind every great renovation is a framework that brings the vision to life. At the Lorenzo Theater Interior Reconstruction project, our rough carpentry team helped lay the groundwork for the theater's transformation.

From structural framing and shear walls to balcony tiers, roof platforms, interior partitions, and entry canopy framing, the team delivered the critical infrastructure needed to support the next phases of construction.

With thoughtful planning, strong trade coordination, and a focus on safety every step of the way, we're helping restore a space that will continue to bring people together and serve the community for years to come. We have exciting news to announce! Last week, the Elkhorn Village School modernization project was completed. We joined Washington Unified School District and the West Sacramento communities for a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the school’s first major renovation project in over 70 years!

Elevated was proud to be a part of the team that worked together towards a common goal to support the community. We erected a total of seven buildings in 18 days. These buildings were constructed using a bay system, with each bay serving as a structural module between supports. This approach helps organize the building’s frame, distribute loads efficiently, and create flexible, open interior spaces.

We wanted to give a special thanks to our project partners, Studio W Architects, TimberQuest, and XL Construction, for helping bring this modern and engaging learning space to life!
