Quiring is proud to share the completion of the Shaw Mission E healthcare tenant improvement project, delivering a 4,941 SF outpatient care space in Clovis. 🏥

This project supports a continued dedication to providing accessible, high-quality outpatient care, creating a functional and welcoming environment for both families and medical staff. 👩‍⚕️

Key features & upgrades:
🔹 9 exam rooms for direct patient care
🔹 2 nurses' stations and a dedicated laboratory
🔹 Specialized vaccine storage room
🔹 Waiting room, reception, and a vitals/check-out station

Quiring teamed up again with for the 2026 Greatest American Cleanup, an effort to remove litter from our city streets and keep our neighborhoods clean. ♻️

The Quiring team hosted a cleanup site in Southeast Fresno with dozens of friends, family members, and local volunteers who joined us to spend their Saturday morning filling up bags of trash. Seeing the immediate difference we can make in our community is why we love doing this year after year. 🌍

Quiring is proud to share the completion of the Big Sandy Rancheria Living Quarters, a 16, 288 SF multi-family residential development on tribal land in Fresno County for the Big Sandy Band of Western Mono Indians. 🏡

This Homekey project, in partnership with Self-Help Enterprises, expands the availability of permanent affordable housing for Tribal members and their families. 🤝

Highlights:
🔹 12 units, including 1, 2, and 3-bedroom layouts
🔹 Ground-floor porches and upper-level balconies
🔹 Tuck-under parking and centralized stair access
🔹 Wildland-Urban Interface (WUI) development project

Our team showed out in full force to celebrate the groundbreaking ceremony for the new Crisis Stabilization Unit & Sobering Center for Madera County. It was an honor to hear from local community leaders about the impact this facility will have on the community. After construction wrapped for the day, Project Manager David Peters led our field and administrative employees on a tour of the facility. These internal events bring our different departments together to walk the site, ask questions, and gain a firsthand understanding of the work happening at our healthcare projects. 🤝

Quiring is proud to share the completion of the AIMS Center Maker Studio tenant improvement project at Fresno Pacific University, transforming 3 classrooms into an 18,043 SF studio and training room for educators and students. 🎓

This new creative studio for the AIMS Center at Fresno Pacific University will support their mission to help students learn, explore, and gain hands-on experience with STEAM technologies. 💻

Key highlights:
🔹 New studio and training room after demolition of 3 classrooms
🔹 Support spaces include restrooms, supply storage, a janitor's closet, and a server room
🔹 Exterior improvements feature a new stair connection, four cantilevered shade structures, integrated lounge seating, and a new concrete design
