When you’re hard at work, the last thing you want to do is worry about staying cool. Because construction and remodeling projects often happen in the warmer months, however, that is exactly what you are left to do. You try drinking ice water, maybe bringing along some cheap portable fan: it’s never enough. The sun just beats down harder and harder, and by midday, you are ready to go home where you can stop sweating for a few hours. The worst part of all this is that in order to stay safe, you need to wear a hard hat.

Thus, we were challenged to come up with a new version of the current hard hats that has not changed in over 100 years. And we did! Kool Breeze Solar Hard Hat is changing everything. Intended to keep your head cool and comfortable, this is a hard hat designed for the age of smart technology and alternative energy. Compliant with ANSI, Kool Breeze Solar Hard Hat is perfect for anyone who is required to wear a Type I Class C hard hat. Water-resistant, this hard hat is made out of polyethylene, HDPE, and it features a full brim and ratchet-band suspension. The battery is charged by the sun (solar power), a single charge lasting between six and eight hours, and the battery itself lasts between three and four years. You can operate the two-speed cooling system with the on-off switch, so this hard hat is great for indoor work as well. We believe in the quality of our product so much, we are even offering a six-month warranty on it.
