Ever wonder what actually happens during an AC maintenance?

In this video, Scott walks through one important part of the process—cleaning the evaporator coil, flushing the condensate drain pan, and clearing the drain line.

Over time, even with a good air filter, small amounts of dust can make their way to the evaporator coil. Combined with moisture, that buildup can reduce airflow, cause the coil to freeze, and create sludge that can clog the drain line.
