Every unit that you win requires a $40 cash cleaning deposit which is returned upon cleaning out the unit. Please arrive early to register for the auction. Please park on the north side of San Jose as the south side is a no stopping zone. Photo ID is required for everyone entering the premises for the auction and bring your own locks for the units you buy. CASH ONLY. NO CHECKS or CARDS.
