We are humbled to have 5 employees celebrating 20 years at BBI in 2023. We also have an additional 14 employees who have worked with us at BBI for OVER 20 years! We are thankful for the talent and experience these employees bring to the team at Brenk Brothers.

As we begin to close out the first quarter here at BBI I conclude that we do have the will of the few. Plans have been set in place to maintain a challenging but steady workload that is able to support our company as we continue to be the best at what we do. Its amazing to see the new designs of systems that help with process improvement. To reduce overall timing of tasks that once took 12 hours or more to complete now enjoy task completion at about half the time. This is giving back time to our employees and help to reduce the stress in an already stress induced job field. BBI, Keep the press up and remember…. QUALITY WINS!

All went well during our AS9100 recertification last week. Brenk Brothers' certification has been recommended for continuation. Thank you to Rose and her team at BSI for the excellent job they did as the recertification team. We would also like to thank our incredible team for ensuring the smooth recertification process and the daily work they do to perpetuate our mission of Quality Wins.

It is AS9100 recertification week! Brenk Brothers Inc. has held onto the AS9100 certification since 2011 due to our ability to make parts for the aerospace industry. This recertification ensures BBI's delivery of on-time quality parts and continuous improvement of our quality management systems is effective and up to date. When we first received this certification, we shifted our scope within the industry to make more high-precision parts. As the AS9100 certification is internationally recognized, it has helped Brenk Brothers Inc. reinforce our company image, gain new potential customers and enhance our relationship with current and dedicated customers. This certification also ensures that we continuously improve customer satisfaction by meeting customer needs and requirements. It focuses on mutually beneficial supplier relationships by working together to improve customer relations and leading long-term relationships. Most importantly, this process engages our whole team in guaranteeing that operations are running smoothly, collectively working towards our goals of continual process improvement and customer satisfaction. We continue to increase our efficiency here at BBI by learning and understanding better processes and their interactions, helping to eliminate inefficiencies. This ensures better decision-making by relying on the evidence and data, leading to continuous improvement, incrementally bettering our management systems, and over time ensures that we live up to our mission of a Quality Wins culture.

Fall is over, and winter has come again. Continuing with our goal of constant improvement, our team met at the beginning of this month to reflect on and appreciate our progress toward our goals. We also got the chance to recognize and show appreciation to the veterans on our crew. As we practiced gratitude this November, Thanksgiving was an excellent time to relax and reflect on our year. Even with navigating the following snowstorms, we can take the time to slow down and acknowledge our personal growth and hard work as we near the end of the year. Here at BBI, we know that our company's success depends on the dedication and efforts of our incredible team.

Albert Einstein once said that "There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing, is a miracle. The other is as though everything, is a miracle." As we enjoy this Thanksgiving break, please remember those that have sacrificed their lives so that we may enjoy this holiday in relative peace. Aside from the family squabble, overload of food, and the failures or success of our favorite sports teams, there is time to reflect and relax. At this year's fall event, our team got together to reflect on the ongoing advancement of our policies, procedures, and processes and what that means to our future as a company.
