Industrial fabrication of 1/2" feed line to over head dust mitigation system on recycling separation deck. 1200.00 PSI is then stepped down to 3/8th inch misting ( atomizing ) line for stainless steel nozzles.

High Pressure Feed and Mist Atomizing Line, designed and welded in house, allows us the longest runs with the least amount of double ferrule compression fittings.

Company's that do not have the skill to bend rigid stainless steel lines use flex poly pipe , synflex or excessive amounts of compression fittings. Poly pipe and even synflex are compromised by the high pressure, sending fragments of materials down line and clogging the .008 nozzle or***ce causing excessive nozzle cleaning or damage.

We have installed commercial high pressured misting systems for 20+ years. Our methods have been proven over and over by sticking to the highest installation standards and not cutting corners on supplies like - nickle platted line, brass compression fittings and "plastic" feed and misting lines.

While cheaper components to the consumer, that are not knowledgeable on these standards seems like a great idea on preface to the bid price; Ultimately we have found these customers are turned off eventually on their misting system through down time pre mature wear and tear, dripping, equipment failure, excessive cost through replacement of nozzles and blown fittings.

Texas is a great location for misting systems and it has a lot of great uses for cooling, special effects, dust control, live stock comfort....the list goes on and on

We fabricate any nozzle saddle socket spacing , radius line, any diameter up to 16.5 Feet Per Ring.

All our line is TIG welded and filled by hand. We never under cut the mist line saddle removing wall thickness.

All line that is ordered in a specific color is powdered coated or a polished finish detailing a professional , high quality weld.

Yearly maintenance is important. It is that time of year!!

a NanoTecH20 Misting system at the commercial level, are certainly high end mechanical systems that need to be tested, oils changed, unions greased, wear on bearings, fittings and seals checked, along with the electronic components.

As a NanoTecH2O customer we take care of your system free of charge for the 1st full complete season on the purchase of a new pump. This includes spring start up and winter shutdown

Along with the initial 80 hr 20 point check with a new systems, break in period and functionality of nozzles and filtration system(s).

We look at these misting systems as our own, forever.

In the NanoTecH2O shop, Welding/Fabricating a new vacuum table for our 8th Big Year of the Kendall 360 Misting fans. New styles for 2020 with endless CNC design options on the barrel of the fan.
Each unit is custom made for every unique property and application.
We are even going all out with a new resin wood designer series for contemporary properties , looking for that one of a kind 360 degrees of atomized cooling with 600CFM air assist.

We received some questions about the Kendall 360Mist Fans. There is a lot of details on the web. In short the fan pushes 2400CFM , there is a deflector plate under the fan that causes the air flow to discharge around the fan, rather then straight down. Using high pressure stainless steel tubing @1100 PSI clean filtered water is driven via a pump system through anti drip high pressure nozzles.
The air flow with the high pressure mist creates a flash atomization that competes with ambient temp using "energy" to drop the temperature. The goal at a restaurant location is not to get people wet it's about dropping the temperature 25 -30degrees. That's the simple of it , nozzle size, spacing, pressure, fan height ...... These are all factors
