Industrial fabrication of 1/2" feed line to over head dust mitigation system on recycling separation deck. 1200.00 PSI is then stepped down to 3/8th inch misting ( atomizing ) line for stainless steel nozzles.
High Pressure Feed and Mist Atomizing Line, designed and welded in house, allows us the longest runs with the least amount of double ferrule compression fittings.
Company's that do not have the skill to bend rigid stainless steel lines use flex poly pipe , synflex or excessive amounts of compression fittings. Poly pipe and even synflex are compromised by the high pressure, sending fragments of materials down line and clogging the .008 nozzle or***ce causing excessive nozzle cleaning or damage.
We have installed commercial high pressured misting systems for 20+ years. Our methods have been proven over and over by sticking to the highest installation standards and not cutting corners on supplies like - nickle platted line, brass compression fittings and "plastic" feed and misting lines.
While cheaper components to the consumer, that are not knowledgeable on these standards seems like a great idea on preface to the bid price; Ultimately we have found these customers are turned off eventually on their misting system through down time pre mature wear and tear, dripping, equipment failure, excessive cost through replacement of nozzles and blown fittings.
