Sitework is officially underway at one of our newest developments, Signature 35, for Indco Partners and Holley Development Company.

Located just south of Highway 114 in Fort Worth, Texas, this Class A industrial development will deliver 111,923 square feet of premier industrial space featuring 32-foot clear heights, 36 dock doors, a 122-foot truck court depth, and two oversized ramped doors. The site also includes 5.19 acres of secured outdoor storage.

We’re excited to see this project take shape over the coming months and are grateful for the partnerships with our client, consultants, and subcontractors.

Excited to announce the completion of Phase II of Ascendant Commercial’s I-35 Global Logistics Center, located at the northwest corner of Interstate 35 and Texas Highway 1187 in Fort Worth, Texas.

This phase delivered two tilt-wall speculative warehouse facilities totaling more than 1.26 million square feet, further expanding this premier industrial and distribution development.

Located at 101 Clay Road in Sunnyvale, Texas, this project consists of three industrial tilt-wall buildings totaling more than 480,000 square feet. With dirt work already well underway, it's exciting to see the site beginning to take shape, and we look forward to sharing progress as construction continues!

“I’m not willing to accept people getting hurt as part of any work I do.

As a safety manager, I take that responsibility seriously. My job is to be present, to speak up when something’s off, and to educate the workers. Not everybody out here knows everything—and that’s okay. I’ve seen what happens when things go wrong. I’ve stood on jobs where somebody didn’t go home. That will always stick with you.

Coming from heavy civil and oilfield work, safety was never optional. It was enforced, expected, and it stuck with me. That mindset built who I am today, and I carry that with me on every job.
Because I’ve seen what happens when we treat safety like it’s flexible… when production starts taking the front seat… when people stop speaking up. That’s when things go wrong.

So no—we’re not choosing between production and safety out here. They go together. Because if it’s not safe, it’s not done right. Period.”

“My safety ‘why’ is people. Every person here matters to someone outside of work, and no task is worth a life-changing injury. Part of my ‘why’ is changing how leadership thinks about safety—because when safety is treated as a core value instead of a checkbox, people notice. It changes how work is planned, how risks are addressed, and how comfortable people feel speaking up.

Another important part of my ‘why’ is building real connections with the people doing the work. I want people to know that I have their back. That means taking the time to learn what they do, how they do it, and the challenges they face every day. Safety works best when it’s built on understanding, trust, and respect—not enforcement alone.

I don’t want to be seen as the ‘safety cop,’ but as a resource and a partner—someone who listens, supports, and helps remove barriers so work can be done safely and effectively. When people know safety is on their side, they speak up, get involved, and look out for one another. That’s how real safety is created.”
