Western Grand was built for its surroundings.

The home takes full advantage of the valley views while the structure, roofline, and exterior detailing were executed to stand up to the realities of a Steamboat winter.

A mountain build where every detail had to work with the landscape and the climate.

Some days on site are just more exciting than others. Especially when there’s a crane involved. 🏗️

Our Project Manager Ian Rice was more than ready for crane lift day on one of our Vail projects, where large slabs of quartz countertops were carefully moved into place to minimize seams and achieve the cleanest possible finish.

It’s a great example of the kind of detail that can require extra planning, coordination and a little heavy equipment, all in service of getting the finished result just right.
