Our Power Generation Systems Senior Leadership Team traded their day-to-day work for a volunteer shift at The Idaho Foodbank.

Working side by side, the team bagged about 7,500 pounds of pears and filled more than 15 pallet boxes with fresh produce for families facing food insecurity across Idaho.

The work didn't stop there. Over dinner, the conversation turned to ideas for making projects like this even safer and more efficient, from ergonomics to workflow improvements. That's our culture: whether we're on the shop floor, supporting a customer, or serving our community, we bring the same commitment to teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.

At 9:20 AM he joins the panel "From 10-Year Tech to 10-Month Adoption: The New Pace of Power Innovation," on how quickly power innovation now moves from concept to deployment.

From 2–3 PM he's on the judging panel for the Innovate Arena Competition on the Main Stage. Borrowing heavily from Shark Tank, it puts over a dozen companies through seven-minute pitches, with expert judges scoring each one across a matrix of categories.
