Keeping projects on track: Lift & lay operations in Northern Virginia before the holiday.

We don't get to post pictures for our primary location in Mineral, Va due to privacy reasons of the GC, so we will start posting other odds and inns that we have a crew doing in Northern Virginia with the primary focus of dry utilities.

On this project we exposed 300ft of Fiber at 36in and dropped it to 9ft so that the GC could come in and take the top of the hill out.

Disclaimer: We met with dominion prior to starting this project, the Poles pictured were placed 14ft in the ground when set so that they did not have to be replaced when this work was being completed.

Finally got some of the equipment lettered up. 💪🏼

Assisted with some finishing grade, bunkers, seed and straw around a personal golfing green today and yesterday. Killer place and the contractor knocked it out of the park on the entire build.

Must have reliable transportation, if you live locally to front royal we could meet and ride to the job in the morning.
Pay varies depending on experience.
Equipment operating experience is a plus.

Must have: common sense, general knowledge of power tools, ability to show up to work daily.

Here is a barndominium that we recently completed for ourselves. Toward the end of next month we will be offering full barndominium builds from lot to turn key.

This 40x80x17 is split half garage and half
2 story living. The two story living side is 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2750 sq ft, in floor heat, outdoor wood boiler, and much more.
