Below is the link to our original Facebook business page that I spent many many hours on. About 4 or 5 months ago that page was hacked, You can still visit the page and see what we were doing back then and continue to do. this current page does appear to be new but we certainly are not we've been doing this for a while helping our customers out by providing free 2nd opinions to our customers That feel they are being taken advantage of or even scammed. Everyone deserves an honest diagnosis and fair pricing. I started this company 2 and a 1/2 years ago with a single Facebook post warning customers of the dishonest and crooked things happening in our industry and to make sure they are not being taken advantage of or even scammed into purchasing something new that they did not need When it was more than likely just a simple repair. my phone blew up that day like you would not believe and I am proud to say I have helped many people since then and continue to do so Without ever bringing up any other company names I know that I am Disliked to say the least but No matter how much They try to discredit me or set me up or make me look bad I just continue to do the right thing for my customers. They can try and set me up or bring me down or even hack my page But I'm not going anywhere. I don't care how much a company charges for something these customers have the right to shop around and look for a better price if that's what they want. But when someone comes in and flat out lies to you and scares you and says you need to replace your furnace because you have a cracked heat exchanger it's dangerous And carbon monoxide is leaking into your home or the parts are obsolete and it can't be repaired thus is what pi**es me off like no other! I have no interest in exposing the names of these companies Because I don't have to they do it to themselves. So Please refrain from mentioning any company names in the comments instead go write an online review or contact the Better Business Bureau. While all they want is to take as much money as possible from you while they are there Not caring if they ever see you again here at old school We want our customers for life and want them to recommend us to their friends and family because most of our business has come from referrals From our wonderful customers and we thank each and every one of you for that and know you are the reason that we are in business and our continued success. We don't feel like we are doing anything other that treating you the same as we want to be treated with honesty that's all. Here are a few tips if you have been told the heat exchanger is cracked and carbon monoxide is leaking into the home...a little scuff mark or scratch can look like a crack through the inspection cameras they use so ask them to show you on a carbon monoxide detector what the readings are inside the home to prove what they claim. To be honest even if there is a crack it is very unlikely it leaks inside your home as gas furnaces have what's called an induced draft motor that creates positive pressure inside the heat exchanger that will not allow this to happen. Now if they have managed to scare you enough to replace your system and it's to cold to wait for another opinion and have them install the new furnace ask for them not to take the old unit with them because you would like to have it inspected yourself when they are done or to show you this crack once it's pulled out and easier to see. Last thing is that no matter the age of the system it can be repaired you can still get parts and even get the old R-22 freon that is being said is no longer available and is just another lie to make the sell, and of course for a free 2nd opinion we are just a phone call away
