Great review from Walter... "I have been dealing with Jamison HVAC for several years both personally and professionally. My first personal experience was when I had them tune-up my AC units a couple of years ago. The work was thorough and an area of concern was identified and repaired as part of the tune-up. Any other company would have charged me extra. So when it came to replacing our AC units I knew who I was going to call. Ryan came out for the estimate. He was actually the tech who tuned up the units. With my input he built a system that served our needs. He never tried to upsell me and later even called me when a better option came on the market that he felt would service us better. The new option was similarly priced and he upgraded us to the new option with no additional charge. When it came to the installation a team came out led by Sam who was very easy to deal with and he made sure I was aware of the entire process. The install took about a day and a half which I thought was very quick. The install was very clean and I could not be more pleased. The install consisted of two AC units, a whole house fan and attic fan. They also made adjustments to our ductwork in order to improve air flow. The attic fan was installed by George who did a great job. Originally it was making a little more noise then I expected. George had to reframe a portion of the gable vent and installed the fan to maximize the exhaust of hot air in the attic. His service was impeccable. My overall experience with the product, installation and customer service was extremely positive."

"Since we had DIY minisplit unit issue, it was hard to find a HVAC tech to come out but Jamison Heating & Cooling reached out via Yelp and quick to schedule a site visit the next day. Sal who worked on our unit was very honest, didn’t try to sell us anything, focused on our issues, and did repairs beautifully. Our minisplit unit is working like a new. Highly recommended!!"

Both the phone rep and the service technician, Leo, we're friendly and great to talk to. Great review from Virginia... "This company is amazing! I first encountered them in November, 2018 when my heater broke. They replaced it and I have had no problem since then. I do have them service my unit once or twice a year for safety. Every single service person who has come over here has been professional, clean, courteous, knowledgeable and on time or in contact with me to explain the delay. Customer Service is so difficult to find. Partner this with competency and you have a miracle these days. I appreciate and am so grateful for this company!"

Great review from Julie... "We are so pleased with Jamison AC & Furnace repair. Our AC stopped working on Sunday and I started looking for a repair company near us. I read most of the reviews and noticed the repeat customers and the sense of trust and loyalty. So, I called at 7:15 Monday morning, left a message, and THEN had a call back within 30 min.!!! Ryan was able to get a tech to us by 12:30! Leo was so conscientious in all areas of his service. Booties on his boots when coming in. Then to isolate not 1 but 3 issues that needed to be fixed. Leo explained everything he was checking and what needed to be done. We are seniors and appreciated the extra time Leo took with us. We are so happy with this company and will be our only call in the future and will be the one we refer our neighbors and friends."
