From garage space to luxury in-home wellness retreat. 🔥❄️

This custom wellness center project is officially COMPLETE and the transformation turned out incredible. Designed to bring recovery, relaxation, and everyday wellness home, this once unfinished garage space is now a fully functional private retreat.

Project Highlights:
• Custom wellness center build-out inside the garage
• New floor-to-ceiling framed wall with custom cased opening
• Fresh sheetrock, trim, paint, and finish work throughout
• Electrical + plumbing added for sauna & cold plunge setup
• Recessed lighting + wiring for wall-mounted fans
• Installed Daikin mini split system for year-round climate control
• Full garage epoxy overlay finish for a sleek, clean luxury feel

Still love your neighborhood but feel like your house just can’t keep up anymore? Don’t pack up and move… transform it 🔨🏡

FTX had this family covered with a MAJOR addition + remodel that completely changed the way they live in their home.

We demo’d the entire back elevation of the house and added over 1,100 SF of brand new living space with all new living quarters, creating the extra room this family needed without leaving the neighborhood they love.

More space. More function. Same memories. Same home… just upgraded in a BIG way 💥

The 90’s called… they want their basic builder bathroom back. And honestly, they can have it. 😄

This bathroom got a full gut and total transformation.

• Demo’d the entire bathroom — all floor tile, shower wall and floor tile, the old built-in tub, cabinets, mirrors, and lights
• Rebuilt the shower with new tile, mosaics on the floor, and tile on the walls
• Installed new tile throughout the bathroom and closets
• Added a beautiful freestanding tub
• Installed new cabinets, countertops, and mirrors with built-in LED lighting
• Painted the entire bathroom and closets
• Finished it off with frameless shower glass

The difference is night and day and we’re obsessed with how it turned out.
