Spent the day visiting long-time customers, just to check-in and see if they needed anything. Thanks for your trust, for all these years. If we missed you, we'll be at it again next week. Oh, and again the week after that. .. and the week after that, and the week after that, and the week after that ...

Spent the day with a long-time customer training new maintenance staff on system operation and supervision, at their location and with their systems.
There is never a charge for re-training, regardless of how often it is required, and there is no maintenance contract.
Good luck gentlemen. See you in a couple of weeks for more.

Call us if you need us. There's no charge for that either, and yeah, no maintenance contract.

More Energy Star nightmares for our not-yet-customers. Buildings were initially designed to be Energy Star compliant and they were awarded the certification. To "keep" it Energy Star compliant, it seems the fees simply need to be paid. Clearly, there is no requirement for maintenance or modification inspections that can't be "greased" through.
Are you curious to know what your "Energy Star" building is costing you in utilities, and how significant your energy reduction could be?

We can help you get out from under this.

Give us a call.

The status of the cool alarm was "Old Alarm" when I called it up. What needs to be done about this unit not cooling below a 69 degree supply air?

Whew! 90's all week, and well into next week for the mid-western region. Air conditioners will get tested during this time, and what a good way to make sure that things are operating correctly. Before summer school starts let's work together and make sure everybody stays comfortable in the heat, and compressors don't get the opportunity to tear themselves up.

Fulton office closed again today due to addition weather last night. We are still fully functional and changed shifts at 0400 CST. Emergency service intercepted 16 alarms last night and responded to each of them. Service is *what we do*, and NOBODY pays a maintenance contract. Dig out and stay safe.
