Recently, Hector stepped up during a medical emergency on a project site, responding quickly and helping ensure a fellow worker received the care and support he needed until medical personnel arrived.
His calm demeanor, professionalism, and willingness to help, regardless of company or crew, are a reflection of the values we strive to uphold every day.

Project Spotlight | Bradford Health Woodlands Recovery Center 🏗️
Completed this spring, the Bradford Health Woodlands Recovery Center is a facility dedicated to providing addiction treatment and care at every stage of recovery.
Working alongside DeAngelis Diamond as the general contractor, our Memphis flooring department provided and installed all flooring throughout the project, including LVT, ceramic tile, and wall tile finishes.
We're proud to have played a role in creating a space designed to support healing, recovery, and hope for the communities it serves.

At F.L. Crane & Sons, we’re proud to invest in the next generation of skilled craftsmen through our registered Apprenticeship Program in partnership with the United States Department of Labor. The curriculum being taught is through Build Mississippi and once completed, the Participants are NCCER Certified. This 3-year program combines classroom instruction with hands-on job site training, helping participants build real-world experience in drywall, steel framing, acoustical ceilings, and specialty finishes while working alongside experienced FLC teams.
We’re proud of these men for taking the time to invest in themselves, their skills, and their future in the construction industry.
