This was a major repair job on a huge time crunch! But we got it done, plant was burnt bad the big iron was salvageable but all parts air/electric and mechanical were no good.

We faced some challenges but were able to get the plant operational within the 4 week time that was asked.

Some things we couldn’t get from the manufacturer in time for example the motor control center with all controls for the plant. So we ordered all the parts and built it on site while rebuilding the plant re wired and plumed the plant. They also had a major water hammer issue prior to the fire that with some engineering we were able to eliminate 100%!!

The plant now is running beautiful and we were able to get them up and running by the dead line they needed to hit. While solving problems that they had with batching and consistency prior to the fire.
