Out with the old, making way for the new. 🔨

Demo is underway on our latest interior remodel, and the space is already starting to open up. This is the phase where careful planning pays off: clearing the space cleanly and protecting what stays sets the stage for everything that follows.

Proud of this crew for the steady, careful work. Stay tuned as this one comes together!

Same branch, whole new feel. 🏦

Our crew took this lobby from dated to bright and modern with a new teller line, ceilings, lighting, and finishes. The best part is that the branch stayed open the entire time. Customers kept banking, staff kept working, and we kept building around them.

Big thanks to the branch team for being great partners throughout.

A new accessible path from the parking lot to the entrance, fresh bollards to help protect people walking up, and clear new signage so the route is easy to find.🚶♀️♿

It's work most people won't notice, and that's the point. It should simply work for everyone who visits.

Proud of our crew for another clean finish. 👷

From open ceiling and demo debris to a bright, finished office ready for work.

Our team handled this interior remodel start to finish: new acoustical ceiling, LED lighting, fresh paint and flooring throughout. The best part of these projects is the walkthrough at the end, when a space that looked like the top photo is back to being a place people come to work every day.

Thinking about updating your office? We'd be glad to walk the space with you.

We completed a design-build showroom remodel for a local retailer, and the transformation speaks for itself. New flooring, new reception desks, updated office spaces, and a refreshed exterior (not shown here).

When you design and build under one roof, the client gets a smoother process and a space that looks like the plan. That's the goal every time.

Before and after from a recent ADA project at a bank branch. 👇

Getting from the parking stall to the front door should be simple for everyone. On this site it wasn't, so we rebuilt the approach: a new concrete pad for the accessible stall, an improved path of travel to the entrance, new handrails, fresh parking blocks, and updated ADA signage.

All of it completed while the branch stayed open for customers.

Small footprint, big difference for the people who use it every day. And for the owner, it's one less liability to worry about. Proud of the crew on this one.
