Meet our 2026 intern cohort: Cole, Dylan, and Keaton.

This summer, three sharp young builders are joining the Wesney team.

Over the next few months, they'll be walking active job sites, participating in hands-on carpentry work, sitting in on estimating and project planning, and learning what it actually takes to deliver commercial construction the right way. Not coffee runs. Real work and a real look at a career in this industry.

Building the next generation of tradespeople and project leaders isn't a side project for us. It's how we make sure the standard we hold today still holds twenty years from now.

Welcome aboard, gentlemen. Let's build something.

Today we're celebrating a big accomplishment.

100% of our entire team is now OSHA certified. 🦺

Project Managers, Carpenters, Superintendents, Accounting, HR, Marketing. Everyone!

This was a goal we set back in 2023, and reaching it took real commitment from every team member.

Whether they're on a jobsite or in the office, everyone at Wesney has put in the work to keep our people and our clients' spaces safe.

To our entire team, this milestone belongs to all of us! It shows our commitment to safety and our dedication to hitting the goals we set together. Thank you for showing up the right way, every single day. We're proud of you. 💛

Wesney Construction was proud to sponsor this weekend's Pelotonia Kids ride, hosted by Huntington National Bank in support of cancer research.

Members of our team brought their families out to ride alongside hundreds of others for a cause that touches nearly every family we know.

Wednesday was Signing Day at Pickaway Ross Career & Technology Center, and we're proud to share that Dylan Madden has signed on to join the Wesney team starting June 1.

Through Pickaway Ross's early-completion program, juniors finish their senior coursework ahead of schedule and transition directly into the workforce. This allows students to gain real, hands-on experience while their classmates are still in the classroom. Dylan will be with us through May 2027.

We're looking forward to helping Dylan build a strong foundation in commercial construction over the next year. Welcome to the team, Dylan!
