La Boit won the first annual Gahanna Battle of the Businesses for Versiti Blood Center of Ohio! Our staff gave 23 donations back in August during the summer challenge. All our donations stayed in local hospitals, and can save up to 69 lives. So proud of our team!

We've been getting a lot more requests lately for small, easy-to-navigate (and park) bloodmobiles. Northern California Community Blood Bank's 2-bed, 26ft La Boit-built bloodmobile recently helped their team gather 35 donations in a day. WOW! 🤩

La Boit will be exhibiting at the National Association of Rural Health Clinics Fall Institute next week! This will be our first time at this event. See more at: https://www.narhc.org/narhc/Conferences.asp

We're excited to talk to rural health leaders about Rural Health Transformation Program funding and how it can be deployed for mobile healthcare delivery.

Blood drive photo gallery!

Yesterday we held a blood drive at our facility with Versiti Blood Center of Ohio on a bloodmobile built by the La Boit team. Our goal was 15 donations and we got 23! 🩸

Thank you to all the La Boit employees who donated and to the Versiti staff for making it such a fun day! It's so rare that our staff gets to see a coach in action that they hand-built from the ground up. We had a blast!

Some great photos of Hill Country Humane Society's mobile spay/neuter/adoption coach out in the field. Last year they surpassed 1000 spay/neuter surgeries in their mobile clinic. This has always been a favorite of ours with the beautiful graphics and creative messaging.🐾

A great example of non-profit partnerships putting a mobile spay/neuter to work in the community!

The week of April 20, members of our medical team hit the road and headed to Indio for a three-day trip to spay or neuter owned pets in partnership with Coachella Animal Network (C.A.N.). The team took our mobile unit, and on the first day of their trip, visited Martinez Torres Reservation, where they spayed and neutered 14 pets, including a sweet reservation community pup named Hotdog. While on the reservation, they also provided free pet food for families in need.

The second day was reserved for employees of the Fantasy Springs Resort & Casino, which provided accommodations for our team. C.A.N. funded 17 surgeries for pets owned by the hotel employees. On the third and final day, members of the public visited our mobile clinic, during which our team performed 13 surgeries. Through our efforts with C.A.N., 44 dogs and cats received surgery — a fantastic impact for a community with limited resources!
