You know your team left an impression when a customer volunteers to film a testimonial while you’re there servicing their downstairs unit, months after the upstairs system was replaced.
That’s exactly what happened with Jerry down in Howey-in-the-Hills.
Jerry and his wife live in an old two-story home, and replacing their upstairs AC was a challenge several other companies said just couldn’t be done without switching to a much more expensive mini-split setup.
Our sister company, Florida Air, went out, looked it over, and said they could do it.
And they did.
