It's been 49 years since this man started a legacy. A product that would soon be the shower standard in almost every major hotel brand across the country.

August marks our 49th anniversary. 😮🎉

In 1977, we opened our first manufacturing facility in north Georgia. Five decades of adapting to changing markets. Five decades of innovation. Five decades of perfecting the manufacture of cast marble, making us .

Everyone wants that high-end, handmade tile look. It screams "special", "one-of-a-kind", and "luxury". Your property can now have that same look in every shower, minus the long installation and costly grout maintenance.

True hospitality is found in the details. Even in the shower!

We ♥️ this shower because it has everything:

-The Safety Factor: A built-in footrest (because balancing on one leg shouldn’t be part of the vacation).
-Smart Storage: A shampoo shelf that actually fits more than a bar of soap.
-The Comfort Zone: An offset drain, so you’re never standing on it. 🤢
-Pure Luxury: Groutless walls. Sleek, seamless, and zero mold. Ever.
-The Final Touch: Frameless doors with integrated towel bars for that easy reach.

Touch is the forgotten sense in design; give them something that feels real.

🔊 Sound on. This is the sound of value engineering versus the sound of long-term durability.

Cast marble is solid all the way through. It sounds like stone because it’s built like stone. For developers, that density means fewer work orders and a product that survives unit turnovers year after year.

Build for 25 years, not just the CO.

Serve. Volley. Shower. Repeat. 🎾🚿

With onsite pickleball courts, golf simulators, and resort-style amenities, Paragon Ranch is designed for the active lifestyle.

After a few matches on the court, residents can cool down in a bathroom that feels like a private spa. Mincey showers deliver that clean, high-end "tiled" look without the grout, so residents spend less time scrubbing and more time working on their backhand.
