Link below is to a 2024 study done by Houzz on what US homeowners see trending in their outdoor s**ces. As folks have stayed put in their current home, there has been an uptick in projects to improve the home. Outdoor s**ce projects have been among the biggest gainers as folks seek to adapt to work-from-home and lifestyle changes (teenagers anyone?).

Among the more interesting findings--folks decide to move ahead with a project when they have the time and/or money. Happy Snow Day in Virginia! Boone Master Builders is happy to announce that we have been nominated for the Veteran Business of the Year in the Prince William Chamber of Commerce. Wow! We are so happy and proud of the progress we have made in the last year. More to come in 2026.
