So if you see this "bad review" on Google here's the scoop..... our trailer was tarped, it only had cardboard boxes and a couple of bags.... 129 is a long stretch of road, and there's always trash so it's hard to say where it came from. This guy tried two times to run the truck off the road.... followed the guys from Gainesville to Cleveland and finally cut the truck off as it was pulling in the dump. Our guys are going to travel 129 to see if any of the trash on the road looks "familiar" as we don't intentionally litter. Anyone that Joe and Marty have ever done work for knows we leave our work sites in excellent and clean condition, so we certainly wouldn't leave the roads we travel in poor condition. And, thanks to caller ID I got to speak to Scott!!!

While the weather outside is frightful, Joe and Marty are working hard to make the temperature in your home delightful!! Please be patient! Although Georgia is known, at times, to have all four seasons show up in the same day... this is exceptional!!

Here's a few things you can do:

1. Don't continue turning up the temperature on your thermostat, chances are it will not catch up.

2. If your heat pump is not keeping up, turn your system to the emergency heat setting.

3. Make sure your filter is clean!!

Stay safe, warm, and call if you need assistance with your system. If Joe can't talk you through the problem, he'll get to you as soon as he can.

In honor and memory of Deputy Blane Dixon, NHHA will send $50 from each installation to Saving A Hero's Place. They are an incredibly special organization that goes to great lengths to make sure our fallen heros in Blue are never forgotten. Blane's Hero Chair was delivered to the Hall County Sheriff's Office last week. Pictures don't do these works of art justice!
