* From 12/3/2018 to 9/4/2019, when the PowerHouse was energized/online, Bullis saved an average of $889 per month, or $10,668 yearly when compared to the electric bills for the exact same time frame the year before.
* At the current savings rate, the PowerHouse unit will pay for itself in less than 24 months.
* In 5 years, the PowerHouse will save Bullis over $50,000, and that is only for Blair Arts Center. With an equipment life of 20 years, Bullis will save over $200,000.

* On Jul 21, 2017, Innovative Energy Saver (iES) installed two units, one for each load center at the facility. Both load centers saw immediate improvement, with Power Factor rising from 85 to 95 (12% increase) at the first unit, and 72 to 95 (32% increase) at the second.

* On Jul 21, 2017, Innovative Energy Saver (iES) installed two units, one for each load center at the facility.
* PRIOR to the installation of the PowerHouse units, TBC electric bills totaled $205,105 for the year or $17,092 monthly average.
* SINCE installation, TBC electric bills have totaled $183,015 for the year, or $15,251 monthly average.
